Terms & Conditions

Linkxy lets you generate QR codes that redirect to a destination you choose, and tracks scan events (location, device, browser, and time) for QR codes you create. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You need an account to use Linkxy. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Premium — no payment method required. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan (no charge, reduced limits).
• Premium costs ₹199/month ($2.99 outside India) or ₹1990/year ($29.9 outside India), and Business costs ₹499/month ($5.99 outside India) or ₹4990/year ($59.9 outside India) — each for 30 or 365 days of access (matching your chosen billing period) from the date of a successful payment. Your price is shown in the currency for your region, based on your location at checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Premium and Business access do not auto-renew — you need to make a new payment before your current period ends to keep uninterrupted access. If it lapses, your account moves back to the Free plan automatically; your QR codes and scan history are kept.
• New accounts can also choose to skip the free trial and pay immediately (monthly or yearly) instead of starting the 14-day trial.
• Refunds are considered case-by-case for genuine billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges) — contact us within 7 days of the charge. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for details.

You agree not to use Linkxy to create QR codes that point to, or otherwise:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable law or third party's rights
• Harass, defame, or harm any person or group
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

You own the destination URLs, UPI IDs, names, colors, and logos you add to your QR codes. You're solely responsible for that content and where your QR codes lead. We don't review destination content before a QR code goes live.

Linkxy is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elimx.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business, or from content at any destination your QR codes point to.

You can stop using Linkxy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
